The above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping providers and although we hope this never happens, delays during transit especially during this time of COVID may occur from time to time in which Cane and Wood Emporium can not be held responsible for. 

 

DELIVERY

It is important to us we get your furniture to you as safe and as fast as possible, which is why we use a variety of trusted logistic partners for delivery.

We are currently offering express standard shipping on all small items from $10. All orders placed before 5pm close of business should be packed and despatched by the next business day. 

We always aim to ship your order within 1 business day. If an order will be shipped later than 3 business days we will contact you via phone or email

 

FURNITURE DELIVERIES

Customers are responsible for checking that all goods have free and easy access to their intended destination. Additional costs apply for difficult access.

Receiver must inspect product and note any damages or order errors with the freight forwarder upon delivery and advise us via email within 24 hours. 

All orders will have a tracking number once despatched. Please check your phone and/or email.

 

COURIER COLLECTIONS

If you send a courier to have your piece collected, please let us know prior so we can ensure it is packed appropriately and is ready to go. Please note a packing and handling fee may apply.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All international orders are shipped with Australia Post International. Please give us a call or email to discuss your order and shipping options.

RETURNS POLICY

In the case of shipping damage or a mistake with your order, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery and please provide us with photos of damages and photos of the item and/or box. 

We will correspond with you and go through the options for shipping and returns.

For change of mind we will provide you with a quote to ship the items back to us, and you must pay the shipping costs within the 7-day guarantee period or if it’s to be returned or replaced due to the fault of Cane and Wood Emporium we will gladly pay for the freight.

The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in an unmarked and unused condition, un-assembled, and complete with any accessories or additional items. A re-stocking fee will apply if the item/s is returned without original packaging intact.

Any delivery/shipping charges and other fees incurred by you or us are non-refundable.

Once we receive the returned items we will issue a refund within 5 business days.

Our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
